Our Services
Our AI Framework provides all the tools to safely, ethically and sustainably implement generative AI into your school.
Pocket POLICY is a suite of custom GPT models that provide accurate information on policies, procedures, and agreements.
Our service makes digital technology accessible and understandable, for all. We offer tailored in-person and virtual assistance.

Our consultant
Bee Jay has over 20 years of experience as a teacher, manager and leader in the education sector. He has been a Director of ICT, a PLD Facilitator and a beginning teacher Mentor. He has extensive experience in eLearning, blended learning, flipped classrooms, and digital and collaborative learning (MindLab). More recently, he has worked in the Māori IT space, helping set up major work programmes for government agencies, researching and reporting on Māori data sovereignty and jurisdictional practices, and was the data lead for the Toi Hangarau Report.
He is driven by creating affordable, manageable and effective digital solutions to current and future educational challenges.
Challenges completed
Created a specific emergency lockdown report that identifies real-time exact number of all persons on-site and their specific locations.
Created individual learning plans for specific departments on utilising SaaS products in the classroom.
Created a digital student diary with Google Calendar that allowed for custom timetable structures (6-day, 10-day timetables, etc.)
Developed a Staff, Student, Contractor and Visitor sign-in system utilising existing technology assets and providing interoperability with SMS and LMS
Wrote ICT progression rubrics for staff and students and implemented an accompanying learning pathway.
What we don’t do…
We are not a managed IT services provider. We do not manage and maintain your IT systems. This is a crucial part of any school infrastructure, and we highly recommend having a provider. There are some fantastic options out there.
